As a Certified Mind Body/Eating Psychology Coach, I specialize in Mind Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology principles. I also use my knowledge as an Occupational Therapist to help you on your journey. As an empath and highly sensitive soul, I will partner with you to help uncover the emotions around your unwanted eating behaviours, negative body image and desire to lose weight.

With 18 years of Case Management experience, I also act as your advocate and liaison to find you additional support outside of my area of expertise, when needed.

Let me guide and support you in your healing journey as you learn to relax into the process of finally allowing yourself to Just Be.

I will partner with you on your healing journey and help you become more aware and in tune with your emotions. I will also provide strategies for feeling more embodied and regulating your nervous system. Together we will explore why “how” you eat can be just as important as “what” you are eating. I use gentle guidance and compassion to support you as you uncover the emotional root of your unwanted behaviours.

I was drawn into this healing work because of my own personal struggles with eating, dieting and learning to feel comfortable in my skin. And more recently, I have discovered the importance of learning to identify and sit with ALL emotions to avoid using food as a numbing mechanism. As well as the impact that being in a chronic state of stress has on digestion and many other areas of my life.

I have also realized that the root of all my negative beliefs has been persistent shame and I now know the importance of honouring my worth.
